Pours clear chestnut with a thick and fairly persistent frothy buff head. Aroma delivers toasted malt, cloves and caramel. Flavor presents all these plus woody hops and a nutty hint. Mouthfeel features firm body and fair fizz. Welcome fall, welcome Oktoberfest!

Knoxville Brewers' Jam 2008. Pours a clear deep amber with a nice head and good lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of slightly toasted and sweet caramel malts with a good hops nose. Taste is assertive for an Oktoberfest with a good hops presence up front followed by smooth creamy malts and some earthy nuts. Good Oktoberfest.
