Had at the Loon, August 21st 2017 after the G'n'R show and partial solar eclipse (big day :P). Poured a hazy amber colour with a creamy cap and good lacing. Grassy greens of hops in the nose with caramel malt base with a big nutty nose. Taste of grassy hops with fruity malts. Decent dry and refreshing mouthfeel. A good Impy IPA, but the Belgian-side is not so apparent. Nicely hidden alcohol, but not one I like for the style.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a thick foamy white head and has a slightly hazy golden/amber appearance. Huge hoppy aromas of the citrus and floral variety. Somewhat sweet. Nice bitter hop flavours, coriander, orange peel and some notes of grapefruit in the finish. Slightly sour notes as well. Warming sensation. Fairly good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Pretty strong in alcohol also. Really good!

The beer poured a translucent golden red colour with a thin light tan coloured head. The aroma was caramel, grains, and a light yeasty note. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour had a slight sweetness to it with caramel, offset by notes of grapefruit and yeast.
