A rich copper colored lager brewed with four specialty malts that give it a malty body and taste. German Perle and Hersbrucker hop varieties lend a hint of bitterness to balance the maltiness. A true German lager yeast strain was used for fermentation. The ABV is 4.9% and hop bitterness is 15 BU's.

Excellent Oktoberfest beer! Had it out of a growler that was a couple days old, so it was a little flat, but still tasted great. Smooth, with a nice sweetness. Just enough bitterness to counteract that. First beer from Flat Branch, and I was very impressed.
