650 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a Bavarian seidla a clear and mahogany coloured Festbier with a two fingers light beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is faint toasted and caramel malts, brown sugar. The flavour is strong sugary, toasted and caramel malts, caramel, honey notes. The mouthfeel is crispy, sweety and sticky. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Festbier has a dry sweety-sticky finish. A massive sugary contribution is not enough to brew a X-mas beer.
