Perhaps you heard of a worldwide beer-movement that tributes favorite hipster neighbourhoods across the globe. First came Istedgade, then Södermalm followed by Williamsburg and Shoreditch accompanied by Trastevere & El Raval. This Hipster ale was aged for 4 months on white wine barrels and then dryhopped with Citra, Summit, & Cascade – perfect as a tribute to our favorite up-and-coming Hipster neighborhood, Sønderho, DK. Cheers to picture-perfect white sandy beaches, the Wadden Sea, and thatched-roof homes. Beware first movers!

Boy oh boy does this smell sour!! Huge white wine, lichee, kind of hops but the sourness is crushing them. Not sure what to think of the aroma. Hazy orange body that taste so sour it like biting into a fresh cut lemon. The hops are here and bitter but this so dam sour. Something in here reminds me of a good stiff gin and tonic. Possible yeast in this mess but not sure. Don't know what to think of this.
