Aroma is fairly firm, wheaty and yeasty with a faint sweet citrus undertone. It pours a slightly hazy golden hellow with a thick, rather persistent cream off-white head. You have to pour this one properly! Yeasty, fruity and malty flavor is quite pleasing and enjoyable. Smooth, rather tingly texture leaves a lasting fizz.

On tap, or possibly poured from bottle, at the Erdinger brewery. ABV is 2.9%. Aroma and flavour much like the "ordinary" Erdinger Weissbier, only lighter in character in all aspects. Surprisingly decent for such a light beer, much better than the Erdinger Alkoholfrei.

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Orangeish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is mildly acidic with some hints of banana and herbal notes. Quite earthy too. Flavour is like white chocolate mixed with banana, some spices and other fruits. Mild toffeeish notes as it warms up a bit.
