Smells like peach orchard irrigated in Chardonnay in the french country side with morning dew dripping off the peaches. We took our double gold medal winning Brainless Belgian, added organic peach puree and aged it in French Chardonnay casks form Sawtooth Winery. The Malts/Sugars/Fruits Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats, and Organic Oregon Fruits Peach Puree. The Hops Premient, Tettnang, and Saaz.

Aroma - phenolic with a canned peach/syrup-y angle, light wood and caramel too
Appearance - hazy golden body, smallish 1-finger white foamy head, average retention/lacing Mouthfeel - medium bodied, light carbonation
Flavor - peach yogurt, bubblegum, lightly citrus and yeasty
Overall - refreshing, clean but lacks complexity and the peach character seems a bit odd at times." -

this was 11.6ish abv. Too high in my opinion, as the sugary sweetness and thick body of the beer were both distracting. Less fruity and less tart than the Raspberry, which I liked better. Enjoyable, sure, but has big faults and costs too much for an ok diabetes beer.

Beauiful orange hued pour with sharp carbonation - this resembles cider. Fruity esters on the nose, lemons and peaches are predominant and faint belgian yeast plays in the background. Lots of peach in the taste with notes of funky earthiness on the finish. Acidic mouthfeel but high drinkabiliy. I could see loving this on a warm summer day.

From oHIo beer run. Light hazy golden yellow pour, very tight tall white head, copious amounts of lacing. Light peach and apricot aroma, funky and yeasty, some sour. Light peachy flavor, pretty funky and medium tartness, yeasties, more funk but still light, very well-hidden ABV. Very refreshing.

Pours a deep orange amber .. medium head, great lacing .. . quite a defined fresh peach presence, light tartness and more peach juice in the mouth .. . silky finish but short .. . good for what it is .. . . I did a theatrical performance about puns. It was a play on words.

Sampled on 2/4/2012 at Beer Revolution. This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, sweet, and peachy. A medium bodied Belgian Strong Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, peachy and yeasty. The hops are herbal and earthy. Nice lively carbonation. Lots of semi-sweet peach flovors. A touch of funk and some tartness. Nice balance. Hides the 10% alcohol very well. It is more of a BSA than a fruity or sour beer. Nice fruity and yeasty esters. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

A nice Belgian style ale with peaches in the mix. This beer is very malt forward with the hops taking a back seat. The peach flavour really comes through in this beer. Great flavour.

22oz bottle, release #2 - 10.8%. Pours a clear straw gold with a medium creamy white head that retains fairly well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet acidic peaches with some musty funk in the background.
The flavor is sweet, tart and acidic peaches with some musty earthiness from the Belgian yeast that makes for a dry champagne like finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with bubbly carbonation.
Overall, a decent fruit beer. The peaches are well balanced with the Belgian aspects. It's very champagney - which isn't a plus in my opinion. I much prefer New Belgium's Eric's Ale.
