By far Julie’s best beer for the opening week. I’m going to have to figure out how to get back up there to try the Biere de Garde when it’s ready. Dark, dark brown with a khaki head. Big, rich aroma with espresso, brownies and a bit of c-hop aroma in the back. Very stoutlike. As it warms, there’s a bit of heat in the back from the alcohol.
