pours clear golden with a very slight head, does not appear to be very carbonated, and nice lacing down the glass. The aroma is a bit cidery, slight lemon, and bready malts. The taste has a lot more hop character than the aroma. Again, very lemony hops, bitter pine, with a light pilsner type bready finish. The mouthfeel is medium light mouthfeel and is sort of light on carbonation.

Had on draft @ the Ellicottville brewpub in Ellicottville, NY .. . ultra cool! .. almost like a lighter version of summer love .. pours gold .. great lacing .. . crisp .. bits of citrus, summer fruit, and flowers .. . don't drink and mow, you might hit a water sprinkler or the neighbors cat.. and that is not a fun conversation...

Just as it's name alludes, this beer is a guzzler of a pale ale meant for the hot summer days. Mild hops, bread and nuts with a hint of fruits. Thin head and a light copper body. Balanced and refreshing, very clean. Simple and nice all around.
