500 ml capped bottle, bought on place in Eisenach. Poured in a beer mug a clear and golden-orange coloured Helles with a one finger slightly beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is light grainy malts, notes of hay. The flavour is grainy and sweety malts, a fruity touch, apples, weak grassy hops. The texture is oily. This light to medium bodied Helles has a dry light bitter finish. Easy drinkable and refreshing, a decent Helles from Thüringen.
