500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Einsiedler Seidel a clear orange-brown coloured Bock with a one finger light beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is faint toasted malts, notes of caramel and spices, licorice. The flavour is sweety toasted malts, notes of caramel. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and a bit sticky. This medium bodied Bock has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable Bock. A Bock, on the soft way, from West Saxony.
