500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Einsiedler glass krug a clear orange-brown coloured Bock with a good two fingers beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted and caramel malts, cooked vegetables ( ! ). The flavour is solid grainy caramel malts, may be some fruits, raisins, and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is quite sweet, a bit sticky and smooth. This medium to full bodied Bock has a dry bitter finish. Be careful ! At no time you get the alcoholic sensation. This Bock is yet a 6.8 % ABV.
