Know as the Little Dog Star, Procyon shines bright in the Canis Minor constellation. Procyon is a classic Northwest Pale Ale. Pale, Crystal and Munich malts are balanced with Cascade hops. Caramel notes stand forward in the body and are completed with a slightly dry finish.

Nice floral hoppy aroma, better than the other hoppy beers me thinks. Sessionable, yet not boring. A nice grainy backdrop to a bright sunshiney pale ale.
