Bottle bought in the brewery. Poured a clear amber brown colored ale with ruby tones and a small beige foamy head that had a good retention. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts,herbal hops and dark ripe fruits. The flavour is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, herbal, soja, hints of licorice. The palate is unique, first a little crispy then very smooth. This light bodied ale has a sweet malty and fruity finish. An amazing seasonal ale, brewed once a year , at the end of Mai. A superb discovery
