Inspired by a cocktail the brewers had in Colorado the Saigon Blonde is treated with cucumber, lime and jalapeno peppers. What you get is a beer that is refreshing with a slight bit of heat on the back end.

Interesting beer to say the least. I like it a lot! First smell is cucumber juice, then the pepper & spice. Pale yellow, near gold appearance. It is a lighter beer, so it's easy to drink fast. And when that happens the HEAT builds up. I'd say this is the spiciest brew that I have tried. The $10 32-ounce growler fill price scared me a bit, but this is rather complex and well worth the try sharing with neighbor. I would not hesitate to get this again, especially in the hot spring, summer, or fall!

A dull clear orange amber colored beer with a small, one fingered frothy textured, white head rising above. Not much hang time on the head and a thin ringlet is all there is left. A spicy profile with some cucumber. Might have trouble drinking this light, nearly watery beer. .
