Never Ending Sky is our take on a classic German Helles, and we're floating high on this one. Hard water, Extra Pale Pilsner malt, Noble hops, 100% natural carbonation, and a full 6 weeks of cold-conditioning. Come break through these rainy doldrums and snap into a taste of Spring! We get notes of white bread, soft hay, and fresh-cut grass, followed by a soft, yet snappy wave of straw, melon rind, and sunshine. This is a true, crushable, crispy little number. We don't filter and actively practice minimal interference with our beers, plus we slapped it silly in the whirlpool...so this is a touch on the hazy side. We hope you dig it as much as we do!
