500 ml flip-top bottle. Poured an unfiltered slight hazy orange-brown colored Festbier with a good one finger slight beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety caramel malts, hay. The flavour is solid caramel malts, dried fruits, nuts and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is quite oily and round. This medium bodied beer has a long malty and nutty finish. A pleasant Kirweih- or Kerwa-Bier from the old city of Schesslitz near Bamberg.
