Light opaque dark yellow, white foam head. Barley aroma and taste, some hay notes. Decent drink beer and a very nice gift from Matthias. Thanks a lot sir. (Velp 201609)

375 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a stemmed glass a gushing, unfiltered and almost opaque dark amber-chesnut coloured BSA with a one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. No lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is sourish fruits, apples, spicy cinnamom, a pronounced alcoholic feeling and woody notes. The flavour is wheat malts, a pronounced alcoholic feeling, herbs, sweety and spicy notes. The mouthfeel is fizzy and deep bitter with a sourish-alcoholic geeling. The texture is watery. This medium to full bodied BSA has a bitter and alcoholic finish. Not an easy drinkable BSA, but it's the try worth, ending with a real and intense warming effect as a gift !

375 ml dark green bottle, at local tasting, as Hof ten Doormal Wit Goud Witloofbier. ABV is 8%. Cloudy orange colour, moderate head. Wheaty aroma with notes of spices, nice. Medium sweet wheaty and spicy flavour, the alcohol is noticeable.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is wheat, mild acidic wood as well as some sweetness from the alcohol. Flavour is quite similar with some mild toffeeish notes as well. Doesn’t feel like 8 % ABV, but still quite much witbierish.
