Brewed in honour of my father, Don McJannett, a life-long paper salesman and the hardest working, most straight up decent man I’ve ever met. We designed this American pale ale to refresh after a hard day’s work. Aggressively aroma hopped with Azacca, Galaxy and Mosaic hops, this beer reveals complex passion fruit, mango and peach hop character and a crisp, mild caramel maltiness.

On tap at Bowman's Bar and Grill. 5.6%abv on this menu. Pours a fairly large frothy eggshell coloured head and has a pretty cloudy yellow golden appearance. Great retention. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Some thick dirty lacing. Aromas are citrusy and floral, a little bit wheaty as well. Flavours are nice and fruity, very citrusy and lots of floral notes. Much more than a pale ale it would seem. Also some subtle hints of grapefruit in there. Slightly tangy and has a slick and dry moutheel. Pretty smooth and easy drinking pale with a lot more flavour than expected.
