Enjoyed at the Montreal brewpub as my band was playing a block away (and took the beer pic). Hazy light golden, frothy white cap, good retention and thick creamy-bubbly lacing. Mild sweet nose over grassiness, blonde grains and Belgian ale yeast. The taste has the Saison fresh hoppiness with a slight touch of maple syrup to sweeten things up. Hints of bananas. Light dry finish with some silkiness. Pretty nice with more apple and banana notes than maple, but a good blonde Saison base.
