Lightly hazed, coper-amber colour with a warm, off-white head and good, full foamy lacing. Herbal, grainy aromas with straw-hay, apples, alcohol touch and wood. The wood, oak keep the top of the flavours with some dark fruits. The flavours shows the dark fruits, some sweet richness with the raisins and boozy feel. A good, warming, boozy Quad that goes down well, with the Brandy just adding a touch.
