The beer pours a translucent copper colour with a 1" loose light tan head. The aroma is caramel, citrus, and grains. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is weak and almost has a diluted nature to it. Hints of citrusy hops and weak grains. Even for an English Pale Ale, it comes across as weak. -

Pours a huge frothy off white head. Has an amber copper appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Big earthy bitter hop aromas. Some light roasted malts also. Flavours are actually well balanced between the malts and the hops. Has that nice crisp hop bitterness. Mild hints of caramel. Malty finish. Medium retention. Pretty good stuff.

Bottle - decants a orangey- gold ale with a sticky cap that laces well. _ demure aroma is light pale malt and some hints of grassy hops. Mild character, soft mouth feel. Flavour has soft pale malting riding below the English bittering hops - breaks to a clean lightly bitter finish. A light English style pale, quenching - more like a mild sessioning bitter.

From the LCBO, in the BC Craft Brewers Guild Natural Selections 6-pack. Pours a copper-amber colour with a nice creamy off-white head, good retention and thick lacing. Lots of caramel aromas with some rusty hops that become better as it breathes. Notes of pines and nuts. Mouthfeel is kind of boring, light. Same flavours found in the nose but watered-down. Mild bitterness creating a small dry finish. Great looking pale ale, but falls short as you drink it.

I like that aroma. I like that alot. Not sure how to describe it, just know I like it. Piney, but subtely so; not overwhleming. Thin cap that gives way very quickly. Not impressed. As far as taste goes, I do denote some caramel on the sides and front of the mouth. It's not bad, just kinda average, bordering a bit on the harsh side.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt with light dry hops as well. Taste is dominated by not overly complex dry caramel malt with very little hops apparent. Body is about average with good carbonation. Standard pale ale with little character but no flaws as well.

Copper brown, with large rocky cap, massive bubble creators are forming everywhere in it. Mild soapy aroma some coffee and a touch of sweaty feet, yum yum doesn’t that sound appetizing. Taste is watery with weak malts, hops or noticeable with a very mild bitterness. I got to remind myself this an EPA, not an APA. Some peach and mild coffee and chocolate also show up. Very boring beer with not nearly enough malt character, bellow average and easily forgettable.
