Bière blonde artisanale. 75 cl de folie à 9.0 %. La robe cuivrée et brillante de cette bière provient de l'apport des malts spéciaux. Elle possède un caractère puissant, dévoilant des arômes riches de malt. Equilibre subtil entre la force des malts torréfiés et la légèreté du houblon. Sa teneur en alcool est un exhausteur des arômes fruités de la levure et fleuris du houblon. Cette bière est parfaite pour vos apéritifs entre amis et vos repas à base de plats en sauces ou de grillades ainsi que vos fromages (Maroille, Munster) !

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque dark amber-chesnut coloured Ale with a generous one finger beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, powerful honey notes, fruity, oranges. The flavour is sweety malts, candy sugar, dried fruits, walnuts, maple syrup and strong alcoholic notes. The mouthfeel is fulled syrupy and sticky. This full bodied Ale has a long fruity and honey-sticky finish as well a quite pleasant warming effect. May be Furious, but, thank you,it's not really for me !
