*V* An ode to the "Simpler Times" of brewing, this pale ale was made to mimic the OG beers of the 90s. Brewed with crystal malts in the grain bill, and hopped with classic centennial (and not so classic Motueka), we fermented in our oak Foeder to round out the experience. Aroma of pine, citrus, sweet malt and slight earth pave the way to flavors of grapefruit, pine and subtle lime, with a lasting bitterness on the palate.
