Enjoyed at Pub Italia with PaleAleRider. Pours a dark brown colour with copper highlights, a beige head and decent lacing. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, nuts and roasted malts. Mild roasted malt flavours and not much more. Maybe some hop bitterness in the finish. Nice smelling, but a little too mild tasting. An easy-drinking porter.

On tap at Pub Italia. Pours a small frothy tan head but dissipates to a very thin coating. Has a dark brown appearance with reddish highlights. Ok lacing. Aromas of coffee and light chocolate notes. Flavours are roasted barley malts, some faint hints of coffee and molasses. Medium retention. Average carbonation. Somewhat of a watery mouthfeel. Not too bad.
