The beer poured a translucent dark red, with brownish hints, and little or no head. The aroma was sweet malt, with a hint of hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is sweet dark malt, some chocolatey tones, and a little hoppish bitterness.

Tall can from the Beer Store. Pours a massive frothing tan head with thick dirty lacing and has a dark amber appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of caramel and light toasty malts, some herbal hints as well. Flavours are mostly the caramel malt at the forefront followed by some mild roasted malt. Some sweetness on the palate. Dry mouthfeel.

This is my favourite beer from the Creemore line-up. Pours a solid maple syrup brown with a light brown head. Sweet malt and caramel dominate the flavour and aroma, although there is a hint of herbal hops in both. Light for a bock, and very sessionable.

A very fine beer from the fine folks at Creemore. Colour - clear, copper, white head. Aroma - caramel malt, light fruit, hops. Mouthfeel - Medoim bodied. Flavour - sweet malt, bitter finish, fruity hints. Overall - a great beer for a stronger than average beer.

2009 Edition. Pours very nice, reddish brown with a medium light tan head. Some active carbonation, some lacing. Slightly spicy and sweet, very malty aroma. Flavour is good, rich and malty but not overpowering with just a touch of bitterness in the finish. Full mouthfeel goes down smooth with some soft carbonation. Overall a good sipper.

This is a good beer, I enjoyed it. The aroma was pretty stenchy though. It is a dark gold-brown colour with a small tan-coloured head. It tastes pretty good though, surprising considering the initial aroma. The taste is malty with some sweet fruity hints.

The only bock i have tried and the only bock I will ever try. Just amazing on every aspect. Nice copper colour, very smooth, nice unique aftertaste, malt aroma. Can't really describe the taste, malty, perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. It doesnt get as good as this folks.

Got the 2006 Edition at the Beer Store. Decent Bock. Not too dark with a smooth taste but a touch of bitterness on the aftertaste. A good general bock and probably the best in Canada.
