Our easy-drinking Pale Ale's namesake truly represents life in the mountains. The Colorado mountain lifestyle is laid back, fulfilled and relaxed. Just like the meadow scene on the can, nature is summer's backdrop for all outdoor fun: hiking, rafting, mountain biking and horseback riding. We utilize two types of American hops in such a way that we put the flavor of these hops center stage and let their bitterness fade into the background. The hop forward character of this beer is represented not in its bittering qualities, but in the unique, fruit forward flavor of two new and somewhat experimental American hop varieties. Enjoy this beer with a fresh approach to how a Pale Ale expresses its inner hoppiness. Food Pairings: Aged white cheddar cheese, a big juicy burger, bananas foster Drink Mindfully: 1% of all proceeds are donated to Vail Mountain Rescue vailmountainrescue.com THE BREWHAHA ABV:5.7% IBU: 40 SRM: 9 OG: 1.055 Hops: Simcoe, Citra Mountain Livin’ Pale Ale is available in our tasting room year round. 6 pack 12-ounce cans are available at select locations.

Pours nice clear amber with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is malty, not much else. Flavor is stronger, more malty and fruity, with a hoppy underpinning. Texture has firm body and good fizz. Live on a mountain for this ’un!

Pours a semi clear orange amber with no head to think of. Minimal carbonation. Aroma is pretty much exclusively of cookie dough. Taste is malty and flat with hints of dough. Watered down slightly and sticky at the end. Not very good.

Pours a slightly hazy orange with a 1 inch foamy orange-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, and some english caramel malt. Taste is much the same with a malt finish. There is a medium amount of bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and rather thin bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a decent beer that is easy to drink but I think it smells better than it tastes.

Pours an orangeish color. Smell is of citrus and hops. Taste is the same, hops, citrus, a touch of malts, a bit IPA like. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

Pretty hoppy for a pale, bordering on iPa style wise. Caramel and biscuity malts in the background behind ample citrus and piney hops. Fairly bitter finish. Above average apa. 2nd time old and boring. Date your bleeping cans.

12 oz can. Pours clear reddish amber with a medium creamy off-white head that quickly goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is biscuity caramel malts with some hops and some vegetal notes.
The flavor is lots of toasted biscuity caramel malts with some earthy plastic bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is light bodied and pretty watery.
Overall, it's more like a biscuity amber with some off-notes.
