1854 Pale Ale celebrates our 5th Anniversary and the founding of the original Collingwood Brewery in 1854. Made in honour of the first beer we every produced, Downhill Pale Ale, this SMaSH style beer strips it all back to basics. Brewed with 100% Superior Canadian 2-Row Malt Barley and Crystal hops grown a stone's throw from the brewery, this elegant, yet simple Pale Ale has a restrained malt character to let the subtle tropical fruit and orange citrus aromatics of the hops shine through.
