Brewed in partnership with the band Sloan in celebration of their 13th LP, “Steady”, Sloan Steady is a Dortmunder Lager, originating from none other than Dortmunder, Germany. A slightly malty pilsner feel, golden in colour – this beer was lagered for a minimum of 5 weeks and was brewed using all German malts. The perfect beer for sipping at a show.

500ml bottle that pours a clean, light golden colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and some nice foamy lacing. Mild sweetness in the malt nose with hints of hops. Some decent herbal notes do come out over the malt base, cutting the sweetness, bringing out a little graininess. A touch of grassiness is left on the tongue, lingering. Not a bad, slightly hoppier lager.
