a cleary yellow color, with a creamy foam,it smelled yeasty, and citrus and some nuts , in mouth i found citrus and nuts a lot of micro-bubbles, it was spicy and fresh long in mouth, no bitterness, easy drinking and good.

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Dremel stein glass a not filtered and slight hazy golden-orange coloured Helles with a generous two fingers dense and slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is intense malty, yeast and a marked barnyard touch. The flavour is intense grainy malts, cereals, fruity with a nutty touch and mild grassy hops tons. The mouthfeel is light crispy and clean. This light to medium bodied Helles has a dry malty and slight bitter finish. A well balanced Helles from a tiny brewery in Oberfranken. Simply good.
