Rye, wheat, and Munich Malts meet Saaz hops for an intriguing base. Our special yeast produces a mildly tart profile with plenty of fruity notes of apricot, apple, and pineapple. Finally, the beer is finished with Brettanomyces (wild yeast) for a subtle mustiness in the finish.

With a cod & chip dinner last week, and only $3.99 for the "big" (20 oz) pint! Cloudy amber pour with minimal ivory head. Nice aroma, fruity and tart. Lots of rye for the palate, fruity tang, and a smokiness (might that be the "mustiness" from the yeast?). Nice mouth and a fruity bite at the finish.
