Alta fermentazione. Gradi Plato 16.0 %. Birra bionda forte, dal gusto ananibile e dalla pericolosa beverinita. Produtto tutto l'anno. Birra dal colore giallo carico con schiuma pannosa. Il profumo è dolce e fruttato, con delicate note di pesca ed albicocca. In bocca è corposa, rotonda, di tendenza dolce. Si ritrovano i sentori di frutta a pasta gialla e una gradevole sensazione di colore data dalla sua gradazione alcolica. Dangerous drinkable ! Questa birra viene prodotta con una piccola aggiunta di zucchero candito bianca belga, che contribuisce ad aricchire l'aromo, donando sfumatore dolci, fini e delicate. L'etichetta, che reporta sul fronte una figura femmininile che abbracia il nome " irtute " opera di Luca Mesini, è una dedica ai publico femminile da parte dei birrai. Un birra dissetante da bersi nelle calde giomate estive delle zone soggette a climi mediterranei. Prodotto in botteglia :33 cl, 75 cl, kegs. Abbinamenti Consigliati : formaggi a media e lunga stagionatura, salumi, prosciutto cotto e crudo, carne di agnello, fegato, crostate di frutta. Ingredienti : acqua, malta d'orzo, luppolo, lievito, zucchero candito.

750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery, as " Anniversario 2011 - Extra dry hopped ". Poured in the original Civale stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered hazy amber-orange coloured Ale with a generous three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is deep piney-resinous hops, tropical fruits, pineapples, passion fruits, faint caramel malts. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, herbal notes, rosmarin, tropical fruits, piney hops and a very alcoholic presence. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sweety, and alcoholic. This full bodied B S A has a dry candy sugar and alcoholic finish. Near non-existent on the smell, the alcoholic presence becomes more and more overwhelming all over the tasting leading to a not really convincing sensation.
