Italian Saison , alta fermentazione. Gradi Plato : 10.8 %. Ingredienti : acqua, malto d'orzo, luppolo, lievito, spezie. Disponibile in bottiglia de 33 cl, 75 cl, kegs.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Civale stemmed tulip glass a late light gushing and unfiltered opaque amber-orange coloured Saison with a generous two fingers slightly beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is sweety malts, aromatic piney hops and strong fruity, pineapples, grapefruits, notes of honey. The flavour is sweety malts, yeast, aciditic fruits, pineapples, grapefruits and a pronouced floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is light cripsy, a bit sparkling and offered two sides, the one is hight sweety, the other is aciditic fruits. This medium bodied Saison has a long sweety and bitter finish. A very nice tasting Saison from the North of Italia.
