Abbey amber beer. High fermentation. Grado Plato 18. A tribute to the great tradition of high-Belgian nun. Fresh on the palate, citrus, vinous, very balanced and despite never ethyl alcohol, with a final sweet and feminine, where the use of Champagne yeast plays a major role on the final result. Available in keg and bottle 0.75 l.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle, bought at the Birrificio in Nieve. Poured in a belgian chalice glass an unfiltered and strong hazy copper-brown coloured BSA with a small one finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and a lot of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. Many floating sediments. The aroma is sweety malts, fruity, citrus, apples and vinous notes. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, toffee, fruity, citrus, apples and tropical fruits, clear sweety vinous notes. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and highly fizzy. This medium bodied BSA has a dry hoppy bitter finish. The use of a yeast " Selection Champenoise " brings this ale to the palate a similar perception as a " Flûte de Champagne " ! A nice feeling.
