Aroma: The hop character is of tropical fruit. There is a moderate maltiness to support the hop presentation, and shows the specialty malt character contributed by Maris Otter and toasted flaked barley. Fruity esters are evident with a complex tropical fruit aroma. Appearance: Pale golden, large off-white head with good retention. Generally quite clear, although this beer is not filtered and may be slightly hazy. Flavor: Moderate hop flavor, showing a tropical fruit character, clean malt character supports the hop presentation, and show small amounts of specialty malt character (bready, toasty, biscuity). The balance is towards hop bitterness, but the malt presence is substantial. Overall Impression: Refreshing and hoppy, yet with sufficient supporting malt. Vital Statistics: IBUs: 34 ABV: 5.9%

Review #700
550ml draught
5.9% ABV
I tried this beer on tap on October 7, 2011 at "C'est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was a golden orange in colour with a thin snow white creamy head. The aroma was pineapple, citrus, and grains. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was tropical fruit sweetness and some grassy maltiness. Went down very easily for a 5.9% ABV beer.
Note: After finishing the beer, the bartender informed that she also thought it was pineapple we smelled and tasted, but it was in fact mango and peach.
