Pours a deep redwith a decent size head that dissapears quickly. Aroma is very deep of cherries, can't smell any beer in this. Noticed small pieces of cherry peel in it. Taste is pretty much void of any beer flavor but is very sweet, tart and a tad sour. The chery taste reminds me of cough syrup. Finishes off with no flavor. Overall a nice fruit beer.

While not nearly as sweet as Lindeman’s, it’s easy to see that it’s made for enjoyment by the masses instead of hardcore beer geeks. And succeed in that it did, as I gave it to several people and all enjoyed the aroma and taste. It’s pretty straightforward in it’s presentation. Cherry candy/soda aroma and slightly musty. Cherry forward in the flavor with a just a hint of tartness to it. Kinda like eating the middle of a cherry cordial but not nearly as cloying or sweet. Nice cherry flavor.

looks similar to belgian red or lindemans kriek. smell is quite nice. fresh cherries, non-medicinal. still tastes like a beer-not oversweet, but assertive. i'll buy again. don't know about the 8.4 oz. bottle though.

I had this on tap at the Sharp Edge Creekhouse in Pittsburgh, thanks to mtoast. This has got to be one of the best places to get a beer tasting experience. This brew pours with a reddish orange fruity looking purple hue that is pleasing to the eye. Has a very nice and attractive pinkish head. Overall, this is a great looking brew. Has the aroma of cherries but I must say this is not like the overwhelming aroma of the Cherish Raspberry, it is more laid back. Fruity well behaved smell yes, but not excessive. Ooooooo, the taste of this stuff is simply divine. Like creamy almost sour cherries. I really like the flavor of this stuff. Has a cherry creamy carbonation that is enjoyed, like that of fine fruity champagne. You must taste this to really get an idea of the flavor that I cannot put into words. I imagine kings, queens and other royalty regularly requesting this kind of beer. Finish is sweet, but not overly sweet. Very enjoyable nothing like it, except perhaps their raspberry Cherish. Just plain simply very, very nice. There is not a hint of alky in this brew what so ever, just cannot detect it.

Bottled. Clear red colour, small creamy. Very sweet cherry aroma. Sweet cherry flavour with some bitterish notes in finish. Cherry aftertaste. Carbonation tickles tongue a bit much, otherwise very good.

The pink head on top of bright cherry red hue has good staying power, and has a good leave of suds around the glass perimeter. Scents of cherries (go figure), and tobacco are detectable. Mild cherry flavors dominate this drinking pleasure, leaving a good sudsy finish. Cherish is not as sweet as Lindeman’s Framboise, but is nice and fruity as a typical Belgian (fruit) lambic should be.

The cheezy label was sort of a tip off. Not much complexity and towards soda-like, but hey its tastes great, a cherry syrup flavor, basically and worth the 2 bucks........ruby red color with a nice pink head. a Rosy aroma. Sweet and ripe fruit flavor not unlike lindeman's and quite possibly in better balance, but not as good really. A crisp and juicy finish is peachy keen

I've had this bottle in my `fridge for quite a while -- the original intention being that my wife would like it. But while she was out with her friends, and me home, looking for something different to sip on during a quiet Saturday evening, it caught my eye. A quick flip of the wrist with my bottle opener, and my Maredous glass, I was ready to give this one a fair go.
Poured rather on the flat side of things, to be honest. Older bottle? Or just a fluke of nature? Either way, would have liked to have seen a bit more life in this one from the get-go.
Cherry Kool-Aid-ish in the aroma and in the flavor profile. That's the only way I can think of describing this. Very, very, very sweet in the nose, with Cherries in the mix only what could be described as a "Best Supporting Actor" nomination (to put it in Oscar or Emmy terms).
Not thick and cloying, but there's no getting around the sweetness of this bad boy. I gave some rather decent marks to this beer's Raspberry cousin. But this Kriek? Yikes. Barely finishable, to be honest.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen, under its European alias "Bios Kriekenbier". Clear deep red colour, pinkish head. Aroma is overwhelming sour and sweet cherries. Flavour is one-dimensional of not very good sour cherries, generally sour & sweet with a tart finish. Sour aftertaste that lasts "forever", paralysed my tastebuds for a long time.
