Pours a clear, appetizing chestnut with a fairly thick, if not too persistent, light tan head. Malty aroma has subtle apple, cloves and nutty notes. Flavor has a strong woody note plus malty, fruity, nutty, yeasty and cloves tones. Firm texture has good body, though not too much fizz. Pardon me boys, is that the Chattanooga brew-brew?

On tap @The Casual Pint: medium clear ruby amber pour with ample white head, tight lacing throughout. Nice light fruity aroma, some very light nuts, good caramel presence, light but ample hops. Taste is much like the aroma with more prevalent caramel notes, very tasty indeed and a really beautiful beer. Another good effort from Chattanooga Brewing Co.

This poured a brownish color with a red hue. The aroma is faint with some dark fruit, cherries, and nutmeg. The flavor is rather sweet with some chocolate, cherries, raisins, and prunes. Aftertaste is also sweet, not just for chicks bro.
