Part of Across the Nation Collaboration Out West 2018. Pours a darker brown colour with copper highlights, a creamy beige head, good retention and loads of creamy-patchy lacing. Roasted malts for nose with some hints of molasses and smoke. The smokiness is a little stronger in the taste over the burnt malts. A nice dry mouthfeel helps not being syrupy like most of this style. Some good hop bitterness lingers. Best of these collabs done tonight.
