Dark black color. Medium tan foamy head. Aroma is chocolate and malts. A lighter bodied porter. Roasted malts with nice robust chocolate and coffee flavors. Nicely hopped. Well balanced. Milder tasting, very flavorful porter. Very drinkable beer. Proves that you don’t have to be big and complex to have a lot of flavors or be a tasty beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Black colored w/ chocolate & roasty notes, but surprisingly light bodied. It has a little bit of tingle on the tongue, but it's highly quaffable.

Pours with a dark brown to black body topped by a thick longlasting tan head with good lace left behind. Coffee malt aroma with a slightly roasty sweetness and an alcohol background. Slightly roasty and burnt malt flavor with coffee notes and a touch of bitterness. The finish is similar to burnt toast. Full bodied and relatively smooth, with a touch of dryness.
