Our Brewers took our roasty, citrusy, resinous, hop-forward Black IPA brewed with roasted cacao nibs, Brewer’s Gold, Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade and Amarillo hops and aged it in a small rum barrel with shaved coconut. Notes of vanilla, coconut and citrus-tropical fruit bring additional complexity to this Cascade Brewing classic. Cheers!
