    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

Comes out of the tap a nice opaque dark-chocolate brown with a fairly thick light tan head that leaves some good lacing. Chocolaty aroma has smoky and coffee hints. Flavor is mainly chocolaty and has roast malt and coffee undertones, as well as just a hint of molasses. Texture is smooth and somewhat fizzy, leaving a chocolaty and slightly sweet finish.

Bottle from OldGrowth. Pour was full brown color, clear body, nice head and lacing. The aroma was roasted coffee, light chocolate. The flavor followed the aroma, coffee strikingly nice at times, less impressive at others, but overall decent. The caramel, nutty roastedness behind it all made for a nice, yet simplistic brew. Thanks, Tom, a decent one.
