Malted barley lends to the depth of malt character that is balanced out by some hop bittering with the addition of candied sugars. Jacked is Maibock with an unexpected kick!

Holy impressive bock Batman! Some traditional Maibock traits, but very adventurous above and beyond what I was anticipating. Extremely fruity and almost wine-like at time. Buttered biscuits, earthy undertones followed by more fruit additions. A touch woody in the nose and extremely floral. A clean and smooth exceptional mouth feel....no trace of the 9% ever presents itself. Balanced and enjoyable from first to last sip. Bottle provided by heybeerman and shared with a good friend who echoed my thoughts on the impressiveness and uniqueness of this offering.

22 oz. bottle from PfoxyJohn. Pours a beautiful clear amber with a medium off white head which leaves copious amounts of lacing throughout. Nice malty nose upfront followed by a bit of nuts, caramel, light brown sugar, ample earthy hops to offset sweetness, very nicely balanced and big. Not boozy as the 9% ABV would suggest. Huge thanks to John for this one; very enjoyable.
