Turns out that the brewery says this is all barley, but I swear I took one whiff and it was all cooked corn. Obviously, if there wasn’t any corn, this beer is seriously off. Pale yellow golden body is really clear and almost catches the light nicely, but isn’t quite dark enough. The head is bone white and fades quickly. The flavor would be nice without the corn flaw and if they dumped in a bunch of Saaz hops. Has potential, but this new brewery needs to clean up some problems.

The aroma is typical of a lager with sweet grain and some faint corn with maybe some sweet malt. The appearance is a very pale yellow with a decent head on top that discipates quickly but leaves some decent lacing on the glass that is white in color and bubbly with good carbonation. The mouthfeel is very light-bodied with not much malty complexity with minimal balance as well with a palate that is okay but light and watery as well as dry. The flavor is of sweet malt and perhaps some corn flakes with not much hoppiness to speak of with an aftertaste that is light and not too bad with a finish that is watery and I guess refreshing. Overall, this is typical swill here; nothing special at all. Next review please.

The apperance is a light yellow color with no head. The aroma is corn flakes and lemons. The flavor is a bit sour with a definite corn presence. I catch some lemons and grass as well. Overall its nothing special at all. It kills me that Dogwood can go under and crap like this continues to rock on in Hotlanta.
