Cask (gravity dispense) at the GBBF 2008. ABV was said to be 6.5%. Deep golden colour, no head. Very nice aroma of distinctly fruity hops, notes of blackcurrants. Distinctly hoppy flavour with an assertive bitterness, notes of pine / resin and some grapefruit. Good beer, but I’d like even more fruitiness in the flavour.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is pineapple, apricot, mango and lots of tropical fruits. Flavour is dry grassy, but balanced up by hops and spices. Aftertaste is mainly tropical fruits.

Another fine beer from the folks here at the Cambridge House. This one poured with the usual head, good retention, excellent lacing. The aroma was grapefruit and citrusey more than anything. The flavor followed the aroma and was smooth, highly drinkable for an IPA. A nice nightcap to a good beer day.

Poured a hazy golden color with a thin, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, tangerine, perhaps amarillo? Taste was citrusy, some mint, wood, and a grapefruit finish.
