Bright and fruity with aromas of orange blossom and apricot up front. Finishes dry with a bold foundation of caramelized grain and soft, herbal bitterness. Our Pale Ale strikes a unique balance of caramel, breezy malts and aromatic hops. Late-hopped in the whirlpool with Amarillo and Saaz, and dry-hopped with Styrian Goldings. Special B malt and Munich malt provide a bold foundation, and sugar is added in the boil for a dry finish.

Pours a darker golden color with small white head that fades quickly leave a little lace. The aroma is grassy & light hops. The taste is earthy and mild. The mouthfeel is medium bodied & nicely carbonated
