Crisp as a good pilsner should be, but pretty lifeless after that. Sweet lightly fruity malt and a very subtle hop bite. In all fairness, not sure of the age, but it's ok.

get offa my property!! .. Pours a basic light gold yellow. . . light head, medium sticky lacing .. mostly bitter straw, hay, dying grass, and hippy beach sand, with just a touch of bitterness .. . 364 pounds and dropping!.. . pretty basic but it seems to do the job well enough, but nothing i'd by again .. . . Hey, I'm like little girl playing dress-up in Mamma's shoes!

Not impressed, faint aromas of wet straw, flavors of old malts and wood, aftertaste of metallic tinged bland tired hops. Ugh, gonna give the rest of these away!

Bottled@SBWF2009. Slightly hazy golden colour with small white head. Aroma is wood, grass, some bready malts as well as some notes of herbs. flavour is malts, earth, wood and herbs. Aftertaste is quite haysish.

Comes out of the tap a clear straw yellow with a fluffy and fine-bubbled white head. Aroma is crisp and malty with a hint of apple. Flavor is malty and apply, fairly crisp, but a tone of wilting lettuce tended to get stronger as I drank it. Then again, pilsners are not my favorite sort of beer. Texture is smooth and a little tingly, about average. Maybe I got some from a bum batch, or maybe organic pilsners are not for me.

"In this world of bigger is better sometimes a simple thing will please your simple desires you have so desperatley ignored!" Clash, you need to get laid. It's a pilsner.

Well this is an odd beer. Poured out a very bright yellow gold brew that is not entirely clear but close enough, some small white foam and leaves a bit of lacing and a skim for quite a while. The aroma early on is a bit different... a bit skewed from what is smells like later on.... this is later on: very lemony, mild malts that are soft on the grassy aroma, something is off... oh well, it turns out that is smells pretty fine! 7-Up? Me thinks. The taste is very drinkable with an interesting bitterness. The fruit seems lemony but I can notice the grapefruit and apricot hiding in the background. Dirt. Wheat and grass? Dirt. I guess it's earthy... The taste does get better and better. I'm not sure what it is about this that I really like but that does not matter. I'm going to eat popcorn for supper very soon. Still has a weird dirt flavour to go along with the good hops and malts. A smooth, sometimes tart, sometimes soft beer. Closes on medium bodied. Mild fruity aftertaste with muted malts. Probably average but today I give it the benefit of the doubt.

Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured a golden color lager with a small white bubbly head with some minimal retention. Aroma of hops is quite dry with probably a lot of Saap hops in there. Taste is dominated by Saaz hops with a dry finish. Body is above average for the style with some medium carbonation. While this is an enjoyable beer, I thought it was slightly too hoppy for the style with some subtle notes of overcooked vegetable which I didn’t agree with.

The aroma is nice and first reminds me of a blonde style brew with some nice grassy overtones as well as some sweet malt and some fresh layers of hops and is very refreshingly aromatic and crisp. The appearance is a nice, golden pale yellow and straw-like with a nice and fluffy to creamy head on top and is very carbonated and bubbly and bleach white in color and remains on top throughout consumption. The mouthfeel is light and very crisp with some nice hay complexity as well as pleasant complexities of malts and hops with a palate that is almost creamy and very wet-like and desirable. The flavor is of nice malts and grain and is very crisp and clean with some nice malty sweetness that becomes evident in the aftertaste and is just so well-balanced and very good with a finish that is extremely clean and very crisp, as well as sharp and downright tasty. Overall, a very well-made pils here with wonderful balance that makes this one of the best pils I have had and would be a great session brew that could be an everyday brew.
