On tap at the brewery, as a brewer's gift, no bottling line and with the same receipt but a different ABV from batch to batch ! Poured in a half-pint glass an orange-amber coloured Lager with a short half a finger and beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sourish fruits, apples, grainy malts, straw and grassy hops. The flavour is intense sweety and caramel malts, bready, fruity notes, strawberries, and hints of honey. The mouthfeel is light crispy and fulled. The texture is a bit oily. This medium bodied Lager has a dry sweety malty and light bitter finish. A very easy drinkable and nice flavoured Lager from one the youngest and tyniest brewery in Ireland.
