Inspired by the Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Reserve from which it takes it’s name. Pouring a dark black with a tan head, this beer has aromas of chocolate and fruit, and has flavours of light bitter chocolate and a lingering bitterness of grapefruit. Brewed with regular additions of Taiheke hops and Canterbury Malts.
