Barrel-Aged Brettanomyces Pale Ale Through the aged vision of the wisened we are granted grace. And that what was once laid to rest can now be re born. This American Pale Ale was whirlpooled and dry hopped with El Dorado, Citra, and Hull Melon hops before being laid to rest in oak barrels containing an amalgam of brettanomyces strains. Finishing dry and complex find yourself in waves of juicy pineapple tepache, fresh squeezed tangerine, and wanderings through sunset laden fields of spring’s harvest

Taps clear light yellow with a minimal parchment head. Aroma generates tart citrus and stone fruit. Flavor gives tart and sour citrus, mainly grapefruit, plus sweet nectarine and a bit of peach. Texture brings decent body and peppy fizz. Hold this darkness.
