Wow, I usually like lagers so this really surprised me. The appearance was about the only thing I liked, which was a nice coppery color. The aroma, which was barely detectable, was faintly sweet. As for the taste, there wasn't much to that either....other than a faint sourness or stale flavor.

Tap at Split Rock. Golden brown and clear in color with a nice tan head. Malty aroma. Malty flavor. Full bodied. Decent beer.

Poured a copper color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Sweet banana, clove, lagerish aroma. Taste too was spicy, sweet, banana. The taste was not nearly as hoppy as I had expected, just from the name. Weak mouthfeel, not what I was hoping for.
